Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of designers and to conceptualize creative ideas, thoughts and execute visual design
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial cadre in a creative agency or in house team.
- Passionate, Innovative, enthusiastic and patient in mentoring trainees/ junior designers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability for creative standards
- Good knowledge of the latest software methods and hands on design work mandatory.
