Sales Coordinator opening in Singapore

Responsibilities:
  • Receive sales orders and consolidate customers’ requirements.
  • Ensuring timely delivery by processing and coordinating sales.
  • Preparation and monitoring of quotations and order entry.
  • Documentation, raising and filling invoices, etc
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 yrs experience in sales processing preferably trading
  • GCE 'O'/'A' level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
  • Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and email.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and Chinese dialects.
  • Team-player & able to work with deadlines.
  • Preference given to those who are able to start work immediately or on short notice.
