IT Product Marketing Manager - Hong Kong

This position is with a high profile international MNC based out in Hong Kong


Roles & Responsibilities
This exciting new role will report to the Sales Director and will manage 4 members team in product marketing. The position will be accountable for the full product marketing cycle campaign targeting consumers and SME’s, this includes focusing on the product, pricing, place and promotions. This is a regional role focusing on HK, Macau, Taiwan and S.Korea and will take full ownership of the regional P&L performance. Candidate need to manage product enhancements, projects which focus on new product development, product commercialization and positioning, as well as managing pricing matters. Candidate will develop the implementation plan for new products/services, managing the product development process to ensure usability and marketability, and will also lead and motivate the team.

The candidate need to have minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in IT industry. The candidate need to be a hard worker, self-motivated and energetic. The candidate need to be fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese and have a proven track record in managing people.

Required Finance Manager in Hong Kong

Requirements for this opportunity are:

• Manage the finance and accounting function of the plant in China
• Strengthen financial reporting and budgeting function so as to provide accurate and timely information to management
• Implement adequate and efficient internal controls in plant
• Ensure compliance to statutory and corporate requirements
• Provide strategic inputs in management decision process
• Develop team members as to improve both quality and efficiency of the team
• Identify risks in business and develop processes for risk management
• Monitor cash flow, plant costs and control capital spending in line with budget

Experience and requirements for this role are:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject with professional accounting qualification
• At least 6 years stable and relevant working experiences in managerial level
• Experience in big4 with previous experience for MNCs with manufacturing background is an advantage
• Knowledge of JDE system ; US GAAP and audit firm experience would be an advantage
• Supervisory experience and prepared to work hands-on
• Good team leader, strong communication and leadership skill
• Fluent spoken and written of English and Chinese (included Mandarin)
• 5-day work and station in China, Fozhan
