Required Finance Manager in Hong Kong

Requirements for this opportunity are:

• Manage the finance and accounting function of the plant in China
• Strengthen financial reporting and budgeting function so as to provide accurate and timely information to management
• Implement adequate and efficient internal controls in plant
• Ensure compliance to statutory and corporate requirements
• Provide strategic inputs in management decision process
• Develop team members as to improve both quality and efficiency of the team
• Identify risks in business and develop processes for risk management
• Monitor cash flow, plant costs and control capital spending in line with budget

Experience and requirements for this role are:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject with professional accounting qualification
• At least 6 years stable and relevant working experiences in managerial level
• Experience in big4 with previous experience for MNCs with manufacturing background is an advantage
• Knowledge of JDE system ; US GAAP and audit firm experience would be an advantage
• Supervisory experience and prepared to work hands-on
• Good team leader, strong communication and leadership skill
• Fluent spoken and written of English and Chinese (included Mandarin)
• 5-day work and station in China, Fozhan
